About

Rentaro Nishimura is a London-based multi-disciplinary designer working at the intersection of digital technology and wearable design.

Trained as an interior designer in Tokyo and later as an architect at The AA in London, Rentaro's work has always been shaped by a fascination with scale — from the building to the body. An MA in Product Design brought these ideas together.

His accessories are built on three principles: Geometry, Colour, and Technology. Using 3D printing and laser-cutting, he translates complex digital forms into objects that can be worn every day.

Rentaro believes that digital tools — once the domain of specialists — are now part of all our lives. His work explores that shift: making design accessible, tactile, and personal.

Jewellery and accessories sit closer to the body than any other designed object. They express identity, spark curiosity, and start conversations — without saying a word.

His accessories are stocked at well-known museum and gallery shops internationally.
